*The first step is a free consultation to discuss your specific fitness goals and to see if we’re a good fit for you.  We will also discuss your daily routine so that a fitness and nutrition program will be specific to YOU!  No cookie cutter programs you’ll never be able to follow.

•During the first few sessions we will introduce you to technique and mechanics, THEN increase intensity or duration.  Most of the teaching and instruction is done in the first month or so, and we will gradually ramp up the volume of work.  Each workout is recorded.

•We will teach you basic skills that progressively become more technical as you become comfortable with the movements.  We will also compare past workouts to present workouts so that you see and feel the improvements.  We’re about measurable results.
