(Open Gym when CrossFit classes aren’t in session)

Individual Sessions available for our normal personal training rates, $54/members.  Call for group session discounts.

Strength Training Program

10 week program designed by our own Eric Walters is $150.  This includes meeting twice weekly for guidance on Saturday and Sunday.
